Family Involvement

  • Classroom Helper

At SPK we offer classroom helper options during the year, with a roster set up to enable all families to participate. Please see your child’s teacher regarding specific details of this.

  • In which ways can I become involved during my child's time at kinder?

As a community kindergarten we are committed to and rely on the establishment of collaborative partnerships that link parents, children and teachers together as a caring and resourceful community. Families are encouraged to join the Committee of Management, sub-committees and undertake other various volunteer roles within the kindergarten. Throughout the year we will be asking parents to participate in working bees, fundraising activities and in the classroom.
